COVID-19 SA: Business, Non-Profits – SATC Resilience and Rebound Program
OverviewThis program aims to provide business support for South Australian tourism operators to help work through the COVID-19 crisis and have the necessary tools they will need to help with recovery post event crisis.
The program will contain various elements including fact sheets and video tutorials to be accessible via the SATC corporate website over the coming weeks. These tools will provide highly relevant tourism related information to assist the visitor economy with immediate challenges facing it as well as a focus on post crisis.
The content is intended to assist the wide spectrum of business involved in the visitor economy including tourism operators, accommodation providers and the hospitality sector.
Content includes the following;
- Navigating the way through the government stimulus package
- Managing banks and liabilities
- Managing the landlord and/or tenant
- Managing the cashflow
- Managing the staff
- Customer engagement during COVID-19
